ADHESION METHOD OF ORGANIC LAYER AND LASER PRINTER FOR DEPOSITING ORGANIC LAYER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a method of depositing an organic layer on a substrate.

SOLUTION: (a) A donor element having a transferring organic material is provided so as to be in transferring relation with an OLED substrate; (b) a virtually even linear laser light beams are formed; (c) a space optical modulator responding to the linear laser light beams and suited for forming multi-channel linear laser light beams is provided; (d) each segment is to include a laser light beam channel and show a virtually square intensity profile in a first direction and an intensity profile of virtually normal distribution in a second direction crossing the first direction, and channels selected are individually modulated to form a laser light beam segment directed toward the donor element; and (e) the organic material is thermally transferred to a selected region of the substrate as the donor element radiates heat in response to light from the modulated segments.
