<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain such a magnetic solid material without using a binder that has nano-scale crystal particle size and a relative density of 85% or more. <P>SOLUTION: A shock wave is given to a magnetic powder having nano-scale crystals in particle size by using a water as a medium, and the magnetic powder is compressed and solidified.
