<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell panel which has high resistance against outdoor environment and high manufacturing efficiency and a soundproof wall which uses the solar cell panel. <P>SOLUTION: A manufacturing process is made efficient by uniting the solar cell module 10 with a frame body 3 with the repulsion force of an elastic body 1 sandwiched between a projection part 32 and the solar cell module 10 without using a clamping means nor a fall stopper, etc., by fitting the elastic body 1 to an end edge of the solar cell module 10 and inserting the end edge of the solar cell module 10 into an opening groove of the frame body 3 together with the elastic body 1 in one body. Even when the solar cell module 10 expands or shrinks with heat, strains that the frame body and solar cell module 10 have can be absorbed by the elastic body 11 and the solar cell module can be prevented from having play owing to vibrations and wind pressure from the circumference, thereby obtaining high resistance against outdoor environment. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
