<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy consumption diagnosing method, system, device and computer program capable of diagnosing an energy consumption per each section. <P>SOLUTION: The energy consumption, an attribute of a section where the energy consumption has been measured, and a residence time of a resident in the section are received by a communicating means 15. A reference consumption to be used as a reference in diagnosis is set per each section attribute by a CPU 11 on the basis of the received energy consumption, section attribute and residence time, and it is stored in a hard disk 13. The received energy consumption is diagnosed by the CPU 11 on the basis of the reference consumptions stored in the hard disk 13, and a diagnostic result is sent to a customer terminal 30 from the communicating means 15. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
