<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ordering system by which a final decision document is efficiently managed between an applicant for applying for purchase and a final decision maker for finally deciding it when merchandise is purchased in an enterprise, etc., and the ordering of the merchandise to be purchased is automatically transmitted to a merchandise reception side, and also to provide an ordering method. <P>SOLUTION: The ordering system includes: a merchandise database; an application database; an approval database; a merchandise reading means for enabling an applicant side terminal to read the merchandise; an application receiving means for receiving and storing the application of the merchandise which the applicant wants to purchase; an approval request means for regularly or irregularly allowing the final decision maker to finally decide application information; an approval receiving means for receiving the approval of the application from a final decision maker side terminal; an disapproval report means for receiving the reject and/or feedback of the application from the final decision maker terminal, and transmitting it to the applicant; and an ordering means for regularly or irregularly transmitting approved application information to an order receiving side terminal, and ordering the merchandise. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
