摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultraviolet irradiation device where a desired position is efficiently irradiated with ultraviolet beams. <P>SOLUTION: The ultraviolet ray device 1 is provided with an LED array 20 and a condensing lens 30. In the LED array, a plurality of ultraviolet ray LEDs 22 and single red LED 23 are two-dimensionally arranged. Red LED is arranged in the center of an LED group. The ultraviolet beams emitted from the LED array are converged by the condensing lens 30. The converged ultraviolet beams are transmitted by an image guide 3. Thus, the ultraviolet beams can efficiently be guided to a desired position. Red light being visible light is included in the center of the ultraviolet beams. Thus, the irradiation position of the ultraviolet beams can easily be grasped by viewing the irradiation position of red light. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
