<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly display information related to an object being seen by a user to the user. <P>SOLUTION: When the user puts an HMD 30 on his/her head, and views a notice 20 through a half mirror of the HMD 30, infrared light is emitted toward the notice 20 from an infrared emitting device 310, and reflected by an invisible code. A light receiving device 330 outputs the image of the invisible code 202 to a portable type PC 34. A search/display program 5 operating on the portable type PC 34 detects codes which the invisible code indicates, forms a display image, using contents obtained by sending detection requests to a server system 4 or contents which are stored and controlled in a library, and outputs to the HMD 30. A display device 332 of the HMD 30 shows the image (display image) of the contents inputted from the portable type PC 34 to the user while overlapping it with the notice 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
