<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring board capable of easily cabling circuit bodies of different cabling direction, while making each other cross to be insulated, using a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: A wiring board 10 allows one bare wire 20 to be cabled as a circuit board on an insulating board, while the other bare wire 21 is allowed to be freely cable laid as a circuit body so as to cross one bare wire 20. A pair of guides 12 and 12, which make both bare wires 20 and 21 insulated, are integrally protruded at a position on the insulation board 11 where one bare wire 20 crosses the other bare wire 21.
