SIGNAL SENDING AND RECEIVING METHOD, AND DEVICE AND PROGRAM TO OPERATE ITS METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal sending and receiving method which transmits a time difference signal to compensate for a time synchronism of the signal when the signal is sent and received by using a terminal connected to a network without existence of a reference clock and to provide a device and a program to operate this method.

SOLUTION: In the signal sending and receiving method which reproduces a signal received from a reference terminal by decoding it and transmits a signal generated synchronizing the reproduction by taking it in and encoding it, when the signal generated synchronizing the reproduction is taken in, the sending and receiving method which takes the reproduced reproduction signal in at the same time, compares the signal obtained by decoding it with the reproduction signal taken in at the same time as the signal generated synchronizing the reproduction, determines the time difference between both the signals and transmits the time difference by encoding it is provided. The device and the program to operate this method are provided.
