<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing method of generating a multi-color organic light-emitting diode (OLED) together with an integrated color filter. <P>SOLUTION: To be included in the method is to selectively expose an assembled product containing a donor element located on a basic support and containing a transfer layer consisting of at least one kind of binder and a first coloring agent and a receptor element containing a support and an image acceptance layer to heat, whereby, part of the transfer layer is moved on the image acceptance layer of the receptor element to have a required patternized layer generated, and, according to circumstances, a planarization layer is deposited, a first transparent electric contact layer is deposited, an organic luminous material layer is deposited, and a second electric contact layer is deposited. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
