PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a key sheet with illuminated resin key tops capable of surely shielding light to a part not needing illumination other than display parts without impairing productivity or yield. SOLUTION: This key sheet 11 with illuminated resin key tops is composed by fixing, by fixing parts 15, the resin key tops 14 each having a punched-out character-shaped display part 13 on its back face to a surface of a key sheet 12 formed of a rubber-like elastic body. Surfaces of regions of the key sheet 12 with the key tops 14 fixed and a surface of a region among the key tops 14 form a contiguous flat surface 12a, and a shading print layer 19 is formed on back face regions 17 positioned in the back face direction of shading parts 13b of the display parts 13 of the key tops 14 and an intermediate region 18 among the key tops 14 in the flat surface 12a.
