摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect the gyroscopic effect of a spindle motor based on the rolling (disturbance) of an optical disk main body by simple constitution and to use the detected result of the rolling as a signal for control/correction corresponding to connection equipment to an optical disk device main body. SOLUTION: The optical disk device is provided with the optical disk device main body mounted while making the disk surface of an optical disk vertical and the connection equipment detachably connected to the optical disk device main body. In the optical disk device, a gyroscopic moment based on main body rolling in a horizontal direction and a vertical direction to the optical disk main body including the optical disk and a motor for rotationally driving the optical disk is detected (21, 22, 27 and 28), a detected gyroscopic moment amount is converted to electric signals, the moment amount is stored in a memory 34 and the stored moment amount is read and used as the control signal (for the camera shake correction of an imaging apparatus or the image distortion correction of the enlarged image of a projector device, for instance) of the connection equipment 10.
