PURPOSE: A cutting stencil paper of a papertube for winding threads and a cutting device are provided to minimize wasted parts of stencil papers of the papertube and to cut down manufacturing time and cost by reducing producing processes. CONSTITUTION: In a cutting paper of a papertube of which front and rear end parts cut in a feed-direction of the paper make cutting regions at regular intervals with front and rear end parts of a region(73) to be made into the papertube to correspond to a papertube producing device that cuts and molds the supplied paper, and completes the papertube by bend-processing a round unit to an end of a molded papertube, a cutting stencil paper of a papertube for winding threads includes a round region(74) formed at a front cutting region(71) with being separated at the width for bending and forming the round unit in the front of a rounded part of the papertube forming region. |
