Transducing a human lactoferrin gene into an insect cell by gene recombination and using the insect cell to produce human lactoferrin

The production processs described comprises the Lactoferrin gene's producing recombined expression vector (pBacLf) (3), which is adjusted polyhedrin promoter in vector (pBacPAK), by combining a transfer vector and remixed plasmid; producing recombined insect cell (Sf-Lf) (6) by cotransfection of the recombined revealed vector with help vector (pBacPAK) at the insect-cell in a culture medium; producing recombined insect virus from the recombined insect cell; and producing human Lactoferrin from the recombined insect-cell. A biological verifying method is also described in which recombined human Lactoferrin is measuring extinct rate of disease-causing pathogens after extracting recombined human Lactoferrin from recombined insect cell and mixing it with disease-causing bacteria like Pseudomonas cepacia, Pseudomonas putida, Pseudomonas fluorescence, Salmonella typhimurium and E. coli.
