<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a map display system by which many merits are provided to the cost burden side of map data, and also burden in expenditure is relieved in a map data user. <P>SOLUTION: Map data and target object data are stored in a removable recording medium and target object data is superimposed on map data and displayed in the map display system.
