<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically delete document data distributed in a meeting when participants exit the meeting. <P>SOLUTION: This data distribution system comprises a portable terminal 100, a control device 120, an identification label 110 mounted on the portable terminal 100 for transmitting radio signals including label numbers, and a label detection device 130 for receiving radio signals from the identification label 110. A terminal number is recorded in a memory 107, a number table having the label number and the terminal number corresponding to each other is recorded in a recording part 128, and the label detection device 130 acquires the label number from the received radio signals and transmits the label number to the control device 120. Then the control device 120 transmits, through a communication part 122, a deletion code to the portable terminal 100 with a terminal number corresponding to the transmitted label number acquired from among a number table. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
