PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coaxial connector connection structure that does not require soldering at the mounting of the chip type electronic element on the inner conductor terminal connected in conduction to the coaxial cable and that is superior in connection reliability and is capable of simplifying the connection handling process. SOLUTION: This is a coaxial connector 10 in which a core wire connection terminal 20A and an insertion engagement terminal 20B forming the inner conductor 20 are housed in the terminal housing part 31 of a dielectric housing 30, and an outer conductor shell 40 is provided on its surrounding. An element holding member holding the chip type electronic element is inserted in the above terminal housing part 31 from plugging insertion holes 32, and 45 which are provided on one side wall of the dielectric housing 30 and the outer conductor shell 40 and overlap each other in the same position. The electrode end edge on both sides of the chip type electron element contacts in conduction the conduction contact pieces 24a and 24b that are formed on the above core wire terminal 20A and the insertion engagement terminal 20B, and thereby, the core wire connection terminal 20A and the insertion engagement terminal 20B are electrically connected through the chip type electron element.
