<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly form a center of a bundle of a long material such as a wire or a CD tube, to reduce an excessive length of the material for drawing out the material, and to draw out the material smoothly without tangles. <P>SOLUTION: If one of a pair of arms (3) having a fulcrum in their middles is fixed and the other is moved, the pair of arms are expanded and contracted. By utilizing the principle, an arbitrary inside diameter of a bundle can be formed. A plurality of pairs of the arms (3) are combined and, only turning a push nut (2), the center and the inside diameter of the bundle can be formed. Further, an elastic element is employed to suppress the acceleration of the drawing-out of the material and to avoid the tangles of the bundle. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO</p> |
