TICKET PROCESSING SYSTEM, TICKET CHECKING AND COLLECTING MACHINE AND TERMINAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To swiftly carry out checking of an electronic ticket using a portable terminal.

SOLUTION: When an electronic ticket application is activated, the portable terminal connects with a ticket checking and collecting machine and it sends a query message after connection. When the ticket checking and collecting machine receives a query message, it sends back the type of electronic ticket it accepts to the terminal. After receiving the electronic ticket type, the terminal retrieves a corresponding electronic ticket from electronic tickets stored in the terminal and displays it. By this, time of a user for retrieving the electronic ticket can be omitted.
