COMMUNICATION QUALITY DESIRED VALUE DETERMINING METHOD, ITS DEVICE, ITS PROGRAM AND MEDIUM FOR RECORDING ITS PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine a highly reliable communication quality desired value by solving a lack of reliability caused by using data on similar communication service.

SOLUTION: An evaluation value to an optional communication quality level of the attention paying communication service is determined by using the specified content of SLA in the attention paying communication service (Step 1). An estimate of an income of a network enterprise corresponding to the communication quality level obtained from the attention paying communication service is determined (Step 2). An evaluation value to the communication quality level and an overall evaluation value of the estimate of the income of the network enterprise are determined from these results (Step 3). The communication quality level for optimizing the overall evaluation value is determined, and is set as the communication quality desired value (Step 4).
