PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide image processing equipment superior in use or the like, wherein the record available number of sheets containing amount of recording medium is displayed, so that failure of series photographing or the like does not occur, which is caused by not noticing shortage of the remaining amount. SOLUTION: Vacant recording capacity of a storage device 30 for recording image information and vacant recording capacity of a recording medium 200 for recording image information, which medium is detachable from image processing equipment are calculated.
