PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic board which is equipped with a metal core board that is less wavy and high in connection reliability. SOLUTION: This electronic board comprises the metal core board, and semiconductor chips mounted on it. The metal core board comprises a core metal that is cut out from a core metal sheet having metal plate parts which is sandwiched by holes and whose minimum width is wider than the holes.
