PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To completely prevent fire caused by abnormal heat generation and defect generation of tracking phenomena at an early timing even when the abnormal heat is generated in a conductive passage due to a short-circuit by avoiding increase in size and manufacturing cost of an electric appliance and forming the conductive passage between adjacent conductive connecting members by graphite. SOLUTION: A thermal expansion heat resisting resin 3 for parting at least part of the conductive passage by thermal expansion due to the abnormal heat generation at the conductive passage formed by the graphite or covering the conductive passage is provided in at least part of the plurality of first conductive connecting members 1 disposed adjacent to each other, the second conductive connecting members 5 excited and connected with the first conductive connecting members 1 respectively, at least part of an electric insulating first outer shell bodies 2 with electric insulation for retaining the first conductive connecting members 1, or at least part of the second outer shell bodies 4 with electric insulation for retaining the second conductive connecting members 5.
