PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily releasable cylindrical label to be easily released from a vessel, and to provide the vessel with the label. SOLUTION: The easily releasable cylindrical label is the label, wherein a base film including: a center layer constituting of a propylene copolymer; and front surface layers constituting of a resin to be sealed with a solvent, and a heat-shrinkable label which is arranged on at least one surface of the base film, and which is provided with a printing layer, are formed to be cylindrical with the solvent seal. An adhesion strength Xa between one front surface layer and the other front surface layer in the solvent seal part is larger than the adhesion strength Xb between the front surface layer and the center layer. Detachment is performed between the front surface layer and the center layer in a part at the side of the center layer in response to the solvent seal part on at least one of the front surface layers.
