<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relieve users from burden by accurately and quickly transferring information necessary for analyzing printing processing to a user support when printing results as desired cannot be obtained. <P>SOLUTION: The user support makes a connection between its printer 90 and a computer network 70 for receiving printing data from computers 10 of users. When the users cannot obtain the printing results as desired, a printer driver of the computer 10 transmits document plotting commands relating to printing, printing data generated by the printer driver, set contents for the printer driver and user comments, to the printer 90 of the user support in accordance with user's instructions.
