<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a payment and bonus slip paperless system which has a function for distributing a payment and bonus slip by e-mail and in a Web environment and can also distribute the payment and bonus slip with dedicated paper by a slip printing function. <P>SOLUTION: This payment and bonus slip paperless system has salary accounting software for outputting a payment and bonus slip, a main body part of the payment and bonus slip paperless system for obtaining payment and bonus slip data to distribute the slip data by mail or on a Web or to print the slip data, a mail server for distributing mail attached with a PDF (portable document format) file of payment and bonus slips in each individual, and a printer for printing the payment and bonus slip. The main body part of the payment and bonus slip paperless system is provided with a function for allocating three forms for: distributing the payment and bonus slip by e-mail; distributing the slip in a Web environment; and distributing the slip with the dedicated paper by the slip printing function in each individual, each department, each position, and each working environment. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
