<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a house appliance order system using a network for enabling a user to buy house appliance completed by the user combining his desired parts, such as appearance, shape, color and functions. <P>SOLUTION: A distribution source 2 publicly releases house appliances, such as a refrigerator RE, an air conditioner AC and a television TV to be sold by the distribution source 2 and product information about detailed selection items for the house appliances on the network 1. The user transmits to the distribution source 2 order information prepared by selecting the house appliance of the product information and the detailed selection items of the house appliance through the network 1.
