PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-aqueous electrolyte battery that is used in large- current charge and discharge and has a good cycle life performance at high temperature. SOLUTION: In the non-aqueous electrolyte battery which comprises a negative electrode that contains a carbon material capable of doping and dedoping lithium ions, a positive electrode capable of doping and dedoping lithium ions, and a non-aqueous electrolyte, the carbon material contains an aggregated carbon material, a fibrous carbon material, and a flaky scale-like carbon material.
