PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an aggregation service providing the latest information required by a user with minimum time loss and cost required for access, according to a user's status or time zone. SOLUTION: An aggregation server 20 calculates traveling speed from a past position of a portable terminal 41 the user holds, measurement time of the position, and a present position, measures a distance from a fixed terminal the user can use or a fixed network access point to the present position, determines the registered information of the user from the traveling speed, distance, and present time information to determine information to be viewed by the user, collects various information from a contents holder server 10 based on the determined contents, and delivers the information to the fixed terminal or the like the user can use.
