PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for suspension installation of an actuator. SOLUTION: Suspension wires 3a and 3c are installed with them respectively fixed to a lens holder 1 and a fixing member 11 to be fixed to the housing, a tilt bobbin 8 with a tilt coil 9 wound therearound is disposed on the both side faces of the lens holder 1, and second suspension wires 3b are installed with them respectively fixed to the tilt bobbins 8 and the fixing member 11.
