PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording apparatus with enhanced profitability as a mobile terminal provided with a function of transmitting only necessary data to an external device in a simple operation. SOLUTION: A CCD 12 converts the light made incident from an optical system into an electric signal. A memory card 25 records the converted electric signal as moving picture data. A CPU 24a reproduces recorded moving picture data and sets a transmission slot to the recorded moving picture data. The CPU 24a transmits only the moving picture data of a part set for the transmission slot among a series of moving picture data consecutively photographed to the external device 28.
