PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the degradation of the bonding power of a permanent magnet onto a yoke by forming a chromate layer on the inner periphery of a yoke of a rotating armature stator for rust prevention, decoration and the like, and applying an adhesive to the inner peripery, thus making water included therein repel the adhesives. SOLUTION: A rotating armature stator 30 comprises a cylindrical yoke 10 formed of a magnetic material and formed with a plated layer 13, the plurality of permanent magnets 20 bonded to a plurality of magnet bonded parts 16 via the adhesive 18, and the chromate layer 27 formed on a plurality of magnet non-bonded parts 17 on the plated layer.
