PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve rotational precision in a tape cartridge which is provided with a reel wound by tape inside a main body case. SOLUTION: The reel 3 has a central core part 11 and an upper flange 12 which is integrally molded on the upper end of the core part.
