A compound of formula (I), wherein: R represents alkyl, alkoxy, polyfluoroalkoxy, hydroxy or trifluoromethanesulphonyloxy, R1 and R2 independently represent hydrogen, halogen, polyfluoroalkoxy or alkoxy, R3 represents hydrogen, halogen, alkyl, alkoxy, nitro, amino, acylamino, cyano, alkoxycarbonyl and carboxamido, R4 represents hydrogen, alkyl or aralkyl, n is 0, 1 or 2. The compounds are used in the manufacture of medicaments for the treatment of conditions mediated by the 5-HT1A receptor.
