The invention relates to a method for the minimal- to non-invasive optical treatment of tissues of the eye and for diagnosis thereof and device for carrying out said method. The aim of the invention is achievement of a method and laser arrangement for the minimal- to non-invasive optical treatment within the eye interior, in particular of defective vision by ablation of tissue, characterised by a precision previously unattained with a cut width in the region of less than 2 mu m, without a significant mechanical disturbance of the surrounding tissue caused by the photodisruption. Said method and arrangement shall be economical and easy to operate. Furthermore, the arrangement shall also permit a three-dimensional imaging of the tissue. |
