An extrusion tool for extruding plastics reinforced with wood fibres, comprises an extruder with a foot, one or more tool plates with a mandrel that passes through them, and a calibration unit which is connected to a tool plate via an intermediate plate. The mandrel is located in a mould channel in the tool plate. An extrusion tool (14) for extruding plastics reinforced with wood fibres, comprises an extruder (12) with a foot (24), one or more tool plates (26,28) with a mandrel that passes through them, and a calibration unit which is connected to a tool plate via an intermediate plate. The mandrel is located in a mould channel (34) in the tool plate. The foot has a flange with a threaded ring, and the flange is connected to the extruder via a closure. The mandrel holding plate is connected to the mandrel via slats, and the head plate (28) is connected to the foot via four screws. The calibration unit has channels for tempering oil. |
