1. Multifunctional building complex for forming of crossing of foot and/or transport traffics, comprising overhead pedestrian crossing, made as covering, fixed above crossing of food and/or transport traffics on the height, safe for moving of carriers under it, on supports, leaned on base, with vehicles of pedestrians to and from pedestrian crossing, installed out of traffic area, and multistory multifunctional building, installed on covering of pedestrian crossing, the first floor being for serve and moving of pedestrian, and the other flows are for multifunctional using, and comprising covering, enclosing the wall constructions, columns and roof, characterized in that the covering, building placed on, is made as bridge span construction on bases, placed directly out of traffic area, wherein bridge span construction comes by console forward from supports and partially hangs over at least one car park, siding with pedestrian crossing, forming covered pedestrian crossing from car parking to overhead pedestrian crossing, and enclosing wall constructions and columns of building are installed on covering of each floor. 2. Multifunctional building complex according to claim 1, characterized in that, vehicles to and from pedestrian crossing are made as stairs and/or escalators and/or lifts. 3. Multifunctional building complex according to claim 2 characterized in that the stairs, and/or escalators and/or lifts are installed inside of supports. 4. Multifunctional building complex according to claim 2 or 3, characterized in that the stairs and/or escalators and/or lifts are installed with the possibility of lifting by them up to the last floor. 5. Multifunctional building complex according to any of claims 1,2,3,4, characterized in that the coverings of the first and following floors have embrasures. 6. Multifunctional building complex according to any of claims 1,2,3,4,5 characterized in that the roof of building is made entirely or partially from light transmitting material. 7. Multifunctional building complex according to any of claims 1,2,3,4,5,6 characterized in that at least, one car parking is open or closed.
