An aromatic polycarbodiimide comprising a structure represented by the following formula (1) has excellent low moisture resistance, heat resistance and a low dielectric constant: wherein Q is one selected from the group consisting of -CH2-, m is 0 or 1, A is a divalent organic group having 4 or less carbon atoms, Ph is a phenyl group, X's are a hydrogen atom when Q is and the same or different halogen atoms when Q is -CH2-, and n is an integer of 2 to 300.
