The pull handle (31) for the sliding clasp fastener has a thick portion (312) which may be grasped between the finger and thumb of the user. There is a thin joggled connection (313) between the handle and the rectangular loop (311,314), which is thinner than the handle. Bent projections on the slider of the fastener grasp the loop.
