ertain amino acid taken orally from normal adults or patients with renal failure as increase glomerular filtration rate (GFR) as glycine, L-aspartic acid, L-glutamic acid, L-glutamine, L-histidine and L-arginine, according our study, have, potent scavergering activity and useful beneficial properties, prompted us to perform the present investigation. Annual use of proposed supplement arrests progression renal failure, cholesterolaemia, albuminuria, phosphataemia and atherosclerosis. Chemical and histological findings after one year treatment were improved considerably. Interestingly, 3 months after stoping treatment, chemical profile of all parameters remain approximately unchanged, that means, not only supplement arrests the above important parameters, but may cure the restoration of older lessions. |
