A microbiological preparation promotes provision of N during plant-growth. A microbiological preparation promotes provision of N during plant-growth. A complex collection of microbes, that possess E.C.1.18.6.1 enzyme/enzyme system is cultured in a liquid or semi-solid N-free, or diminished N-concentration containing nutrient; in the presence of full O2 supply at first, being diminished later to low or no, dissolved O2 concentrations. This method produces such a microbiological preparation that ensures an effective N supply under varying O2 concentrations found in vicinity of plants and soils. A final preparation contains such active N fixing bacteria, that are capable of multiplication under differing O2 supply conditions. |
