Two-phase cosmetic or dermatological compositions comprise a microemulsion phase and a lipophilic phase. Independent claims are also included for: (1) (1) production of compositions as above by preparing the two phases in separate containers and then combining them; (2) (2) use of thickeners to adjust the speed with which the two phases separate in compositions as above.
