An operation group for curtains with winding roll, including a mechanism 1, a stop device 90 and a hub 9, with the mechanism 1 aimed at imposing and stabilizing a pre-established pre-loading value for first elastic means 2, present in the winding roll 3, with the stop device 90 being aimed at locking the winding roll 3 to stabilize the curtain in any unwound position and with the hub 9 aimed at supporting the roll 3 at one of its ends.
