<p>A semiconductor field plate, whose resistance value changes with the application of an external magnetic field, is used and with at least two discrete levels of magnetic field strength. It is conjoined with a temp. sensor and used for thermostatic control esp. at very low temp. The plate is placed in the air gap of an electro magnet together with an armature under spring tension, which can move in the air gap this armature being fixed to one side of a snap action spring actuated by the temp. sensor.</p> |
