The inner layer (2) is made of polyethylene with only a small amount of soluble softeners and surrounded by a layer (3) of technical fibers. The third layer (4) is of the same material as the inner layer (2) and the fourth layer (5) of the same material as the second layer (3). The mantle (6) is made of synthetic rubber. A diffusion protection layer (7) is inserted between all layers positioned adjacent to each other.
