Height adjustment system for saddle of motorcycle uses electric motor driving threaded spindles with nuts engaging supports at ear end of saddle

The support pan for the saddle is hinged (2) at the front end to the frame of the motorcycle (3). The height adjustment uses two non rotating and axially movable spindles (13,14), each with a trapezoidal thread. Nuts (17,18) with matching threads can rotate and are axially fixed. Disks (23,24) engage on cylindrical top portions of the nuts (21,22) and have external teeth (25,16) engaging a drive gearwheel (12) connected to an electric motor (11). As the spindles move axially, they raise and lower the rear end of the saddle.
