The invention concerns a valve comprising two separate subassemblies removably assembled with each other, namely: a first static subassembly, constituting the framework of the valve, said first subassembly including a tubular base (2) designed to rigidly secured to the tank and to be connected therein; a second active replaceable subassembly including a check valve (8) designed to be supported sealed on the seat of the tubular base (2); a spring (10) stressing said check valve (8) towards its seat countering means adjusting its tension, and a rod (15) rigidly secured to the check valve (8), and projecting outside, the spring (10) being coaxial with the rod (15) and the latter being mounted sliding in the means for adjusting (11, 12, 13, 14) the tension of the spring (10).
