Method for control of a combination weighing machine with a common preparation container, individual supplies to weighing containers, weighing cells and a removal device. To determine the specification weights of the individual containers adaptive correction values are applied. The correction values are determined from a total specified weight divided by the number of weighing cells involved. If the determined total weight increases or falls the correction value is varied until the aimed for weight is attained.
