Fruit or fruit prod. compsns. are based on grapes, apples, elder-berries or others and/or derivs. and opt., but not exclusively of other, than fruit components. Fruit derivs. may be: fruit and grape juices, concentrates wine, low alcohol content or alcohol-free wine, wine-lees, grape seeds, marc, vine-shoot, shrivelled or desiccated grapes (currants), or wine-distn. residues or selected combinations. Compsns. prepd. from such combinations contain valuable bio-molecules, mostly poly-phenols. |
