Cost-saving, large scale, effective and controlled, micro-organisms based, modification of the bio-potential of soils and ground water is achieved by bulk introduction of at least 10 useful microbes, at a rate of 0.5-10 cu m/ha into the soil. Preparations are made up with local ground water, and applications may be single, regular or continuous.
